We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chilewich purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
